A man named Andrew Carlssin year dated January 28, 2003 led by the FBI at the request of the SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) for interrogation on suspicion of insider trading. Suspicions began when the SEC know that Carlssin managed to increase their portfolios or shares worth $ 800 to $ 350 million in just two weeks. He put on 126 portfolios risky trading decisions without even fail.

Passport, driving license, and the money he was carrying all the shows that he comes from a country which is not known to them. According to the man, he has frequently traveled abroad, including to Japan, and this is evident from the stamp in his passport. Odder still, the hotel that he previously message mentions that there is absolutely no reservation in his name at the hotel.
Another oddity continues to appear when he was taken to a nearby hotel for a while. The man disappeared from his hotel room without a trace, but there are two guards on duty overnight until morning at the door. He could not get out through the window because the room was on floor 50. Not only that, all the documents relating to it ranging from passports, sim and checks issued by the state mysteriously disappeared from the airport security office. Who are these men anyway?
